 I’m Back on Track

Filed under: Thought of the Day — lee @ Apr 15th, 2009

Thanks to several folks who came to my rescue, I’m back on track after briefly feeling overwhelmed by life and business challenges. These days, it can be so easy to let our daily challenges take control of our consciousness. I was reminded about the opportunities that I have every day to make a difference in my world. In life and in business, we choose our attitude, our direction, and our determination each and every day. I hope you’re managing this difficult economic time and keeping your priorities straight.

For me, the order of the day is…
God, Family and Friends, Work, Everything Else.

I send you my sincere wishes for peace and prosperity,

Lee

In a Sorry State – can you relate?

Filed under: Thought of the Day — lee @ Apr 13th, 2009

I want to be used by God to change lives. Lately, with all the struggles in my own life, I’m not feeling like much of a life changer. I don’t know how things are with you, but I have never seen such a difficult time as this. I am praying for guidance more often than ever before. I’m asking God to show me the way and to help me be the person that I was designed to be. I know that I’m here for a reason and it includes helping people. There is a way for me to do this in a big way if I’ll just get out of my own way and reach out with kindness and humility so here’s my start. I have knowledge, experiences, and I have made plenty of mistakes that others can use to avoid problems. I want to share all of this with you. Talk to me, ask me questions, and let me be a channel that you find answers through. Keep the faith.

Awaiting your reply,

Lee

 Integrity, Now More Than Ever

Filed under: Thought of the Day — lee @ Apr 6th, 2009

Previously, I wrote that integrity is one of the highest and most important virtues for true success in life and business. I noted that our conscience is a good guide and measure for integrity and that we are on track when we do the right things for the right reasons and for the benefit of all involved.

Now is a good time to re-visit this idea. This is a difficult time in many ways but when we’re honest and sincere with people, we are much more likely to find peace and joy in our business and personal lives. Integrity for me means that I will be honest with myself and with everyone I meet or contact in any way. I will spread good will and be as positive as possible in all situations.

I will also be honest about my inner strength and motivation which means that I will give credit to God for carrying me through this time. I do the best that I can to do what’s right and fair for everyone involved, but I need God’s guidance every day. Listen to your conscience and live with integrity today. When you fail or fall, ask God for help, pick yourself up, and keep going. I’m still here and I’ll keep going. Thanks God.
